STAIRCLIMBERS
My Life Fitness Stairclimber makes a slapping or squealing noise. What should I do?

The battery keeps losing power. What do I do?
Battery problems occasionally occur in the case of lighter-weight users and light usage. If your Stairclimber is consistently used by a lighter (<120 lbs.) individual and the workout duration is consistently less than 20 minutes, the battery’s life span will be curtailed much faster than if a heavier user (>120 lbs.) uses, the Stairclimber for longer durations. A lighter weight user’s step rate is slower than that of a heavier person, and that slow rate uses more battery supply. We recommend increasing your step rate or using the optional charger. Charge the unit overnight at least once per week to ensure a long life for the battery.
